My first time at Copper Canyon was very different from this time. I knew this trip would be exhausting. After driving more than 36 hours I finally arrived to Arareko Lake, my home for the next days. The first night was very very cold, the weather channel showed rain and low temperatures for the next hours. That meant only one thing, snow.

It was my second time that I entered the Sierra Tarahumara, the weather conditions were very different from my first time, the rain, the wind and the freezing nights were worse than I had thought, but for me it would only be some nights, for The people who live in the Sierra is a permanent situation.

Portraying the reality of the Rarámuri people was the goal of my trip.
